This 14hr post licensing course is for sales associates and brokers that have already renewed their licenses for the first time.
Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Brokers must complete 14 hours of state approved continuing education (including 3 hours of Core Law and 3 hours of ethics) every 2 years by either March 31st or September 30th, based on their license expiration date. This course satisfies this requirement. The course will be held virtually via Zoom.
