Renewing your real estate license for the first time? Then this course is for you.
Every real estate sales associate in Florida is required to complete a 45hr post licensing course by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) prior to their first license renewal deadline. Licenses expire on March 31st or Sept. 30th every year.
The 45hr Post Licensing Course will be conducted virtually via Zoom on Thursday September 19th, 2024 from 9am-4pm. Please make sure you are logged in by 8:50am as we will be taking attendance. Camera must be ON at all times.
PDF textbook will be provided.
Exam: 100 Questions, 75% passing score. Exam will be done online at the end of the course and you will have 180 minutes to complete it.
